Ordering at bstrd is easy!

 

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from us, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges that were incurred.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and be in the same condition they were received in.

 

Upon completing your order online, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" e-mail to the e-mail address you entered during checkout. The order number will be contained in the body of the email. This email is your receipt – please keep it for your records. Please review the e-mail and contact us if you have any issues or questions about the order.

 

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number in all correspondences.

When the payment has been processed, you will receive an email notification – please keep this for your records. 

 

Shipping options will be provided based on shipping address. Shipping is a standard fee to which tax is not applied and is determined based on your shipping address during checkout.

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, we will send you an “Order Complete” e-mail advising that your order has been shipped including the tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting the courier website and entering the tracking number received in the e-mail. Please note that we only notify of dispatched shipments via e-mail. 

 

We accept all payment methods noted in the footer of our site. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Inc. on our behalf.

 

Placing an online order at bstrd.com is easy! 

 

1. Add Items to your Shopping Basket

To shop at bstrd.com, just locate an item you'd like to purchase and click the "add to cart" button. These buttons are found on product pages. Clicking this button places the item in your Shopping Cart.

 

2. View Cart

The Shopping Cart displays all the items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of items you'd like to buy, or remove items from your Shopping Basket. It also provides a subtotal -- before any shipping charges and taxes are applied -- for your purchase. Once you're comfortable with the items in your Cart, click the "Checkout" button. 

 

3. Enter E-mail Address

Provide your e-mail address so that we can send you updates on your order status. You may also choose to receive update via Facebook Messenger. 

 

4. Enter Shipping & Billing Information

Provide shipping and billing information for the order you are placing with us.

Then, review and confirm shipping options and taxes applied.

 

5. Reviewing and Placing Your Order

Before you submit your order, you'll also have the chance to change any of the information you've entered thus far. 

 

6. Your Order Confirmation

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. 

 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, last-minute changes to un-shipped orders are sometimes possible. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details.

 

Sales tax is applied to orders with a Canadian shipping address. The rate of tax applied is based on the rate of tax within the province of the shipping address for the order. For example, if an order is places with an Ontario shipping address, the rate of tax applied to the order will be 13 percent, consisting of a 5 percent federal part and an 8 percent provincial part.
